You make one phone call to start the claim. After that, we handle everything — meeting the adjuster, writing the scope, filing supplements for missed line items, and following up until the claim is paid in full. You stay informed; we do the heavy lifting.
How long does a roof replacement take? +
For a typical single-family home, tear-off and replacement is usually completed in 1–2 days, weather permitting. Larger or more complex roofs can take 3–4 days. We give you a firm schedule before we start.
What does a free inspection actually include? +
A top-side walk of the roof, an attic check for active leaks and ventilation issues, an inspection of flashing, vents, drip edge, and gutters — plus photo documentation of everything. You get a written report and the photos, even if you don't hire us.
Is Hometown Roofing licensed and insured? +
Yes. We are licensed by the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board, carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage, and are BBB A+ Accredited since 2024. We'll send proof of all of it on request before any work begins.
Do you offer financing? +
Yes — for replacements paid out of pocket (not insurance claims), we offer financing options for qualified homeowners so a new roof doesn't have to wait. We'll walk you through the terms before you commit to anything.

Two warranties apply to every roof: the manufacturer's warranty on the shingles or metal (typically 25–50 years depending on product), and our workmanship warranty on the install itself. Both are written, both are honored — you call us, not a 1-800 number.
